How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All standard orders will be shipped 4 to 5 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We are able to accommodate exchanges. We offer instant exchanges, allowing you to place a new order while submitting your original return. Shipping is free for exchanges.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Our refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that all orders done in Cash on Delivery will be refunded through e-store credit onto your account online.
